MetLife Korea and LumenLab have just announced that collab 5.0 will be held in Seoul this June. Collab is a match-making program that connects startups to business leaders at MetLife with specific problems to solve.

The company will select six startups to team up with subject matter experts from MetLife and tackle different challenges ranging from distribution to customer engagement and operations. The winner receives a $100,000 contract to develop a proof-of-concept.

What makes collab a great program is that it allows direct access to decision-makers, which is usually the most difficult and time consuming part of business development. Partnering with MetLife is a great way to secure a Fortune 50 client and gain access to over 100 million customers globally.

Collab is open to startups that have developed at least a first version of their product and address one of the 15 challenges published on the collab site. Applications are open between now and March 2nd. The program then kicks off in April and concludes in Seoul with the collab Summit and Demo Day on June 12th and 13th, respectively.
