The Korean Life Insurance Association hosted a conference on the future of insurance and invited me to present on how MetLife approaches innovation and collaboration. It was great to hear what Shinhan Life Insurance Co. Ltd. are doing around health and wealth and participate in a panel discussion that included competitors, academics, and the Financial Supervisory Service.
